On the 16-18th of January, GSE team'2009 met for the first time in Kaunas, Lithuania and started to prepare for the visit to Taiwan. The team members together with the team leader - Egidijus, discussed all relevant matters for to make sure that we will be prepared to represent our countries and Rotary International as well as possible. Everyone had a lot of interesting ideas and suggestions, so the discussion was very useful. We are happy about the uniforms that we chose as well as about a lot of other desicions.
As the Danish part of the team visited Lithuania for the first time - we had some time for walking around in Kaunas and Vilnius as well as tasting food from Lithuanian kitchen.
It was quite sad to say good-by to each other, but we will meet soon in Kopenhagen were we will continue our preparation. Then we will be ready to go to Taiwan and to embrace an adventure of a lifetime...
